RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

Gibson Machinery will require proof of insurance and executed documentation accompanying all Rental Contracts.

Gibson Machinery's published "Terms and Conditions of Rental Agreement" will apply to all Equipment rented.

Gibson Machinery invoices Rentals based on a 40 hour week, 160 hour month. In the case of overages per term, invoicing will be prorated per longest term utilized.

Freight charges and/or 'permit' charges will be the responsibility of the Customer in all cases. Gibson Machinery bears no responsibility for freight or hauling issues.

Rental rates published do no include applicable Sales Tax.

Excessive cleaning of returned equipment will be the customers responsibility.
